Where is my order?
All orders are shipped within one business day. Most orders received before 1PM EST are shipped out the same day. IJS CHemicals ships with United Parcel Service when possible.
Where do you ship?
IJS CHemicals ships to the continental 48 US states. We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but this service will incur a surcharge. Prior to shipping to Hawaii or Alaska we will contact you with any additional shipping charges. We will then ship upon your written acceptance. We also ship over sea's.

Our guarantee to you our customer is that you will receive the products professionals use. We back the manufacturers guarantee that the products will perform exactly as stated on the label. If your products fails to perform as stated on the label, we will replace the product, or accept return of he product and issue a credit for the unused portion. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We also cannot guarantee product loss due to shipping damages. Should a product be damaged during transit, we will work to reship the product in as expeditious manner as possible.
